I have this stigma or thought that holds me back on many things. Being homeschooled I thought things had to be properly formatted to be considered ‘credible’ or ‘worth’ something. It’s a silly thought that has held me back on many things for such a long time.
I have attended many conferences and events that sold ‘guides’ in a format or template and figured that was how making a ‘guide’ was done. I didn’t realize until recently that some of the books I’ve read and enjoyed and certain guides I’ve purchased were originally blog posts that have been turned into a physical format.
I’ve created a ‘pdf’ version of a guide straight in Microsoft open office and it looked absolutely terrible. I thought I knew what I was doing there but it is just horrible to look at now.
I have my repository of knowledge in my blog posts and all that is needed is to just compile all the relevant ones together in an easy to follow format. The initial thought is ‘Oh but I should sell my knowledge in a guide’ but I am here creating in my space and if people wish to follow along while it’s being made, then great! If not than they can purchase the final version once it’s ready for launch.
I think Doctor Strange, the Marvel movie, had Kamar-Taj portrayed in a positive light: Knowledge shouldn’t be forbidden and if people are willing to work to learn it than it is theirs to obtain. Or something like that.
So here is the announcement: I will be crafting a series of guides on my experiences with Web3, Blockchain, Generative A.I. and Ownership. Don’t know how it’ll go or if it will sell but at least it is available for others to read or learn from. That was my original purpose for creating this blog, to share knowledge and make a ‘fast-track’ method to the whole thing.
Good luck everybody!
